Caribou- Yolanda Gisele Patane Geraw, 85, died December 20, 2012 at Caribou following a period of declining health. She was born in Chalain France March 26, 1927 the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Louise (Ferrario) Thomas. Mrs. Geraw was a seamstress in New York for many years. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is survived by her two sons and daughters in law Frank and Micheline Patane of Connor and Roger and Debbie Patane of Wappingers Falls N.Y. One sister, Suzanne Bosse and her husband Andre of Quebec. Four grandchildren, Frank Patane Jr., Brandon Patane, Justin Patane and Tammy Martin, four great grandchildren. Two sisters in law, Pierrette Thomas and Josete Thomas both of Quebec. Several nieces and nephews. Yolanda was predeceased by her first husband Joseph Patane and her second husband Ivan Geraw. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home 24 Reservoir Street Caribou 6-8 pm Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:00pm Saturday December 22, 2012 from the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will be in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery.
