She was born March 5, 1934 in Ware, MA to the late Norman and Wilma (Stearns) Hall.  She graduated in 1952 from Wakefield High School in Wakefield, MA. On September 10, 1955 she married the love of her life, Jack Arnold Westin and they were married for 62 wonderful years before Jack's passing in August of 2017.  Jack persuaded his beloved "Honey" to move to Caribou in 1959. Wilma was a long time member of the Caribou United Baptist Church where she was the church secretary for 31 years. She was a leader of Pioneer Girls, a deaconess, and the director of Vacation Bible school for many years, in addition to being on numerous church committees. Wilma loved to sew and spent countless hours adorning her family and many others in clothes she made. She loved to cook and to this day many talk about her homemade donuts and many other goodies she made. In her later years, she loved to do crafts and color. Wilma was predeceased by her beloved Jack on August 6, 2017.
