Wanda E. Dyer, 68, died October 13, 2024 at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle. She was born in Caribou, October 31, 1955 the daughter of the late Clifford and Erlyne (Dorman) Gould. Wanda was employed in Materials Management at Northern Light A.R. Gould Hospital for 35 dedicated years. 

She is survived by her two children, Denise Spear of Greenville, and Christopher Dyer and wife Ellen of Houlton, siblings, Larry Gould of Presque Isle, ME, Jeannie Sawyers of Fayetteville, NC, and Danny Gould and wife Kristel of Auburn, AL, her grandchildren, Gradyn Dyer, Gabrielle Spear and Celia Spear, many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the Sisterhood of the 8’s, Wanda’s many close friends, as well as the many angels at the Aroostook House of Comfort. 

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, from 10AM until time of services which will be held at 11AM from the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Ray Gough officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodland Cemetery. Those who wish to contribute in memory of Wanda are asked to do so through the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105.
