WOODLAND – Vincent Thomas Anderson, Sr., 81, joined the love of his life, Anna (Jandreau) Anderson in heaven July 24, 2015 at Presque Isle surrounded by his family. He was born in Woodland, September 7, 1933 the son of the late Marvin and Dolly (Brown) Anderson. Vincent and Anna spent their life on the family farm in Woodland. Farming brought great joy to both of them and they loved growing potatoes, raising many farm animals and growing a very large garden. His love of nature and the land brought him great happiness. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, long country rides and story-telling with his witty sense of humor. His knowledge of nature was shared with many. Being a lifelong resident of Woodland, Vincent was well known in the community and was always willing to lend a hand. He spent many hours sitting on his front porch with his family, tapping his feet to country music. Some of his happiest moments were when children were in the room.
