Tamra Robertson

March 8, 1959 — March 5, 2021

Woodland - Tamra A Robertson, 61 of Woodland passed away very unexpectedly at her home on March 5, 2021. Tamra was the oldest daughter of Murrey L and Ardis M (Condon) Boyles. Tamra was happily married to her husband of nearly 41 years, Daniel Robertson.

Tamra had a very deep love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and never missed an opportunity to serve and praise Him. Tamra was a member of the Lidstone Memorial Methodist Church in Washburn where she sang in the choir. Tamra shared her faith with others as a lay speaker and often participated in Bible studies. Tamra was also a co-treasurer for her Church with her husband.

Tamra worked as an Ed Tech at the Woodland Consolidated School for 16 years and been employed at CDS Aroostook for the last 12 years with her most recent position being the Assistant Site Director.

Tamra attended the Mapleton Elementary School and graduated from the Presque Isle High School in 1977. She and her daughter Emily graduated together from the University of Maine at Presque Isle in 2008 where after a long hiatus, and with much encouragement from her son, Tamra received her Bachelor’s in Educational Studies

Tamra was predeceased by her parents, her oldest brother Bryan Boyles and her infant brother Teremy Boyles.

In addition to her husband, Tamra is survived by her son Seth Robertson and his wife Susie of Massachusetts, her daughter Emily Dyer of Woodland and her three beyond precious grandchildren, Lucas John and Shea Athena Robertson of Massachusetts and Amos Walter Frederick Dyer of Woodland. Tamra is also survived by her brother Brent (Duska) Boyles, her sisters Torry (Michael) Eaton and Trudy (Dale) DeBlois. Tamra is also survived by her brother-in-law Allen Robertson of Portage Lake along with many nieces, nephews and cousins and more friends than can be counted.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in Tamra’s memory to Life Flight of Maine or Angel Flight both of which were instrumental to Emily’s survival after her massive heart attack in June of 2020.

A celebration of Tamra’s life will be held later this summer, the date and location of which will be announced by Mockler Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Southside Cemetery in Mapleton at the convenience of the family.
