STOCKHOLM – Thomas J. Griffin, 86, passed away April 2, 2020 at Caribou following a long illness. He was born in New York City, NY, March 28, 1934. He attended the Cardinal Hayes School, and was employed by Citi Bank as a teller, and later an assistant manager. Thomas proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. On November 26, 1960 he married Eugenia Svedek and together they enjoyed nearly 60 years of marriage. Mr. Griffin is survived by his wife, Euginia, of Stockholm. Graveside services with military honors will be in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery later in the spring.
