CARIBOU – Norma M. Jandreau, 76, passed away March 25, 2020 in Caribou surrounded by her family. She was born, December 5, 1943 in New Britain, CT the daughter of the late Midas and Melvina (Morin) Berube. Norma was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. On December 7, 1961, Norma married Harold V. Jandreau in St. Francis. She loved to knit, crochet, read, and make puzzles – and always had to keep her hands going, even while watching TV. Surviving in addition to her husband of 58 years, Harold V. Jandreau of Caribou, are two daughters, Leola St. Amour, and husband Paul, of Poland Springs, and Barbara Duguay, and husband Lee of Minot, a granddaughter, Sarah St. Amour, two siblings, Valmont Berube and wife Verla of Southington, CT, and Robertine LeBrun and husband Ivan of Plainville, CT, and many nieces and nephews. Norma was predeceased by three sisters, Doris Harvey, Jacqueline Nadeau, and Iris Dumont. The family wishes to extend a special thank-you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of the Cary Medical ACU for the outstanding care and compassion shown to Norma and her family during Norma’s time there. Graveside services will be held in the spring at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou at a date and time to be announced by the Mockler Funeral Home.
