Woodland and Presque Isle-Maynard R Skidgel 67 died August 23, 2010 at Presque Isle. He was born in Woodland January 31, 1943 the son of the late Fred and Laura ( Landeen) Skidgel. Maynard was employed by McCain Foods for many years. He was also employed by SW Collins in the woodworking department and was also a self employed woods operator for several years. He is survived by his daughter Kelly Sekula of Maryland .Four stepchildren, Kathy, Mark, Matthew and John Wilcox. Three sisters, Maxine Skidgel, June Green and Jean McLaughlin. Two grandchildren, Jamie and John. Several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Friday August 27 2010 at the Woodland Cemetery.
