Washburn-Marvin A. Philbrook, 63, passed away unexpectedly January 26, 2016 at Washburn. He was born in Caribou, March 31, 1952 the son of the late Leslie and Bertha (Haines) Philbrook. Marvin was a graduate of Washburn High School and had been employed by several area potato processors. He is survived by one brother, Lester Philbrook of Manchester, PA. Two sisters, Arline Belanger of Caribou and his twin sister Mavis Page and her husband Gary of Ware, MA, two nephews, Glen Philbrook and Dana Farley and two nieces Peggy Carney and Sandra Page. Mr. Philbrook was predeceased by a nephew Christopher Page and a niece, Tracey Lynn Farley. Friends may call at the Washburn Pentecostal Church, Sunday January 31, 2016 from 2:00pm until time of services which will be held at 3:00pm with Rev. Bruce Blakney, officiating. Following the services all are invited to a time of continued fellowship and refreshments in the church dining hall.
