Linda Nadeau Ouellette, 77, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away comfortably on December 2, 2024 in Caribou. Her final days were filled with love and care, surrounded by the cherished memories of her family and a life well-lived. She was born in Caribou, April 22, 1947. Linda was educated at Holy Rosary School and Caribou High School, where she formed lasting friendships and began the journey that would shape her compassionate and loving character. Her passion for her job can’t go unrecognized. Starting at Sleeper’s at the age of 17, working there for over thirty years, she touched the lives of many. She loved her job and she loved the people.  Linda’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will live on in the lives she touched. She loved music, dancing, bingo and spending time with her family most of all. Linda was predeceased by many dear family members, including her son Christopher Ouellette of Caribou; her devoted husband, Clifford Ouellette of Caribou; her parents, Rita Guerrette Nadeau and Fred (Tom) Nadeau of Caribou; and her siblings, Ernest (Peewee) Nadeau, Stella Nadeau Madore, and Audrey Nadeau Silsbee. She is survived by her son Sean Ouellette of Machias, and her two loving grandsons, Carter Ouellette of Caswell and Corey Ouellette of Daytona Beach as well as his mother Nikki Goodblood and her two other kids whom she loved like her own grandchildren. Linda’s warmth and generosity also touched the lives of her many nieces and nephews, who will remember her with fondness and gratitude including Tammy Saunders Lothrop and a special in loving memory to Tina Saunders Cousins as well as her two kids Cody and Cortina Cousins who she is now reunited with. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at Cary Medical Center for their attentive care and to the hospice team who ensured Linda’s comfort in her final days. A private celebration of Linda's life will be held in spring. Arrangements by Mockler Funeral Home.
