Joan N. (Gagnon) Roy

CASWELL – Joan N. (Gagnon) Roy, 79, died June 9, 2022 at her home in Caswell. She was born in Van Buren, December 30, 1942 the daughter of Lawrence and Dorilda (Roy) Gagnon. Joan attended Van Buren schools and was a graduate of Van Buren High School. On July 4, 1962 she married Roger R. Roy, and together they shared almost 60 years of marriage. Joan was employed by Control Device for 25 years. She enjoyed playing Bunco and quilting with friends. She is survived by her husband, Roger R. Roy of Caswell, and their constant companion - their dog, Shelby, as well as many extended family members. Joan was predeceased by her parents, her brothers, Norman, Percy, and Gilman, and a sister, Marlene. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 9:30AM in the St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Limestone.
