Heather D. Curry

Heather Dawn Curry, 53, died January 22, 2025 at Caribou following a long battle with multiple brain aneurysms. She was born in Caribou, June 24, 1971 the daughter of Paul and Pamela (Wiggins) Curry. Heather was a 1988 graduate of Caribou High School, and was employed for 27 years with the Maine Bureau of Veterans Services. Heather was a lifelong animal lover, who had a special place in her heart for her cats. She could make a trucker blush, but had a heart of gold. She enjoyed spending time at the lake, and collecting shoes and jewelry. Above all she loved her family especially her grandson Hadlee, she loved being his “Memes”. Heather was predeceased by her father, Paul Curry, and by her step-father, Maurice Glidden. She is survived by her mother, Pamela Glidden of Bangor, her daughter, Kelscee Curry of Connor, her grandson, Hadlee Howes of Connor, her sister, Jennifer Giarrizzo of Monmouth, a niece, Emily Burrington and nephew, Logan Cleaveland, several aunts and uncles. She will live on through organ donation in hopes to save at least 1 life! 

Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 2PM until 4PM at which time a prayer service will be held with Rev. Roger Jewell officiating.
