Frederick Lozoway

February 16, 1938 — January 5, 2021

CARIBOU – Frederick Clarence Lozoway, 82, died January 5, 2021 after a brief illness at the Caribou Nursing Home. He was born in Saskatchewan and lived in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for many years. Fred, owner of the Carpet Barn for over 40 years, was know for his phrase “We’ll get on our knees to serve you and your feet will love us!” His passion in life was traveling, trains, hockey, karaoke nights, his faithful sidekick (Luke the St. Bernard), and was often seen roller blading all around town. He also had great love for his faith as a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in both Caribou and Saskatoon. He is survived by 3 children, Becky Gamblin, Jason Lozoway, and Nathan Lozoway, a granddaughter, Jessica Lozoway-Tompkins, and his former wife and longtime business partner, Brenda Chapman Lozoway. The family is planning an interment in Saskatoon when international travel resumes.
