Caribou – Francis V. Perley, 81, died June 3, 2018 at Van Buren. He was born in Maliseet, N.B., Canada, September 4, 1936, the son of the late Peter and Ethel (Morey) Perley, who passed away when he was five years old and was raised in Caribou by his grandmother Annie Morey. Francis was employed at Aroostook Shoe in Presque isle for many years and was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He is survived by one sister Rita Gozalize of Denver, Colorado and a brother Ronald Perley of Florenceville, N.B. Mr. Perley was predeceased by four brothers Donald, Johnny, Raymond and Philip. Graveside services will be held at a date and time to be announced at a later date by Mockler Funeral Home.
