CARIBOU – Elsie Beaulieu, 95, passed away March 25, 2020 at Caribou following a long illness. She was born in Caribou, October 25, 1924 the daughter of Xavier and Veronica (Rossignol) St. Peter. Elsie was a longtime faithful communicant of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is survived by a daughter, Janice Beaulieu of Caribou, a sister, Edna Adams of MO, 3 grandchildren, Gary Beaulieu and wife Nicole of St. Leonard, NB, Dr. John Beaulieu and wife Sarah of Mapleton, and Tammy Michaud and husband Kevin of Van Buren, great-grandchildren, Kris and Chad Beaulieu, Joshua and Kasandra Michaud, and Jake Martin. Mrs. Beaulieu was predeceased by her husband, Louis Beaulieu in 2012, her son, Louis Beaulieu, Jr., her brothers, William, Leo, Aurele, Rene, Alex, Gerard, Reginald and Felix St. Peter, and sisters, Clarice Hackett and Alice St. Peter. The family wishes to extend a special thank-you to the staff of Caribou Rehab and Nursing Center for the wonderful care that Elsie received during her time there. Graveside services will be held in the spring in the New Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery at a date and time to be announced by the Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou. Those who wish to contribute in memory of Elsie may do so through the Ronald McDonald House, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
