Caribou-Donald E. Guillemette, 63 died March 8, 2014 at his Caribou residence surrounded by his family and friends. He was born in Caribou October 4, 1950 the son of the late Edward and Geneva (Morin) Guillemette. Mr. Guillemette was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church and he married Rose Longley July 10, 1971. He was employed by several area potato processing companies and in later years was a carpenter for various construction companies. Surviving in addition to his wife of over 42 years, Rose, are his children; Rick, Scott, and Chris Elliott and husband Alan all of Caribou. One brother Ronald of Florida, two sisters; Diane of Rhode Island and Tammy of Florida. His grandchildren; Jaime, Nathan, Rilee, Keyona and Kooper, Don’s “Sugar Plum”. One great grandchild, Aria. Several nieces and nephews. A brother in law and two sisters in law; Robert and Carolyn Longley and Vera Longley all of Caribou. A special friend Rick Argraves. Mr. Guillemette was predeceased by three brothers, Stanley, Galen and Edward Jr. and two brothers in law Ed and Raymond Longley. The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff at TAMC for their exceptional care, Ruth Collins, Kim Jalbert, and all of their family and friends for all of the compassion, kindness and caring shown to them these past few months.
