Diana Walton
8/3/48 – 5/28/23
Diana Walton (Di) was born August 3, 1948 in Caribou, Maine to the late Ora and Dorothy Howe. Living in Maine her whole life, Diana loved to support the Ladies Auxiliary. After a 3-year long, hard fought battle, Diana (Di) is finally disease free and no longer suffering. While she was stubborn to a fault, she will be forever remembered for her “wicked” sense of humor and always making us laugh. Her love of puzzle books, crafting, and bingo with her girls are some of the fondest memories we will keep with us. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Walton. Daughters, Tammy Moorehead (Ohio) and Norma Lizotte (Georgia). Grandsons, Brian Peterson (Connecticut), Michael Peterson (Maine), Brandon Joy (Pennsylvania), and Damien Joy (Ohio). 7 great-grandchildren. Sisters, Susan Seifert (Pennsylvania), Katherine Jackson (Maine),and Helen Caron (Maine). Brothers, Richard Howe (Washington), Stephen Howe (Washington), Wayne Howe (Maine), and Ora Howe Jr. (Maine). Pre-deceased by her son, Larry O Peterson Jr. and brother Gregory Howe.
