Washburn - Darrell D. Rouse, 74, died April 27, 2022 at his Washburn residence. He was born in Caribou, May 20, 1948 the son of the late Darrell and Irma (Landeen) Rouse. Darrell attended the Washburn schools and served with the US Army during Vietnam. He was an active life member of both the Henry B. Prat Post 15 American Legion and the Lister-Knowlton Post 9389 VFW. Darrell was employed by Yusef’s Restaurant in Caribou for many years. He is survived by his son Brian Rouse and wife Amber of Easton. Three brothers; Stephen Rouse of Washburn, Malcolm Rouse of Mt. Vernon and Larry Rouse of Washburn. One sister, Kim Barone of North Waterboro. Two grandchildren, Autumn Gray and Allison Rouse. Several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, Sunday May 15, 2022 from 12 noon until time of services which will be held at 2:00pm.
