CARIBOU and CONNECTICUT – It is with great sadness to share that on December 28, 2014, Conrad J. Sirois, 71 passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Caribou, September 23, 1943 the son of the late Albert and Helen (Bouchard) Sirois. He was a graduate of Caribou High School. Conrad lived in Connecticut for many years, returning to Caribou two years ago following the passing of his wife Diane (Lessard) Sirois. He came back home to be with his brothers and sisters – ironically living on the same road that he grew up on. A man of few words, he was at peace here in God’s country. He enjoyed taking rides to Cross Lake where he would spend time at his sister’s cottage. He spent many afternoons at Lakeview, one of his favorite spots for lunch. He got together with family and friends to play cards and was a faithful watcher of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Conrad enjoyed relaxing on his porch overlooking a beautiful field where he could watch for deer and moose. He touched many lives and will be truly missed. He is survived by his children, Steven Sirois and wife Sheri of Southington, CT, Gregory Sirois and wife Page of Montverde , FL and Carolyn Sirois of Plainville, CT. Four brothers and sisters-in-law; Richard and Patsy Sirois of Fayetteville, NC, Lester and Noella Sirois of South Windsor, CT, Roger and Teena Sirois, Don and Debbie Sirois all of Caribou.
