Christie E Cochran

WASHBURN - Christie E. Cochran, age 76, reached up and took her husband's hand to go to be with him at their eternal home on January 18, 2024. She was born October 29, 1947, the daughter of Ernest D. and Mildred Kierstead Smart.

Christie was a homemaker and mother. She volunteered often in municipal affairs, several groups, and was especially active in Girl Scouting, being a registered Girl Scout since 1956.

She was predeceased by her beloved and very special husband of 40 years, Mike Cochran. She is survived by one daughter and son in law, Anissa and David Levesque of Caribou and the very special and bright light of her life, her grand daughter, Kassy. Also surviving is a very special "sister" in law, Donna Worster of Caribou. She was predeceased by her "adopted sister" Autumn Creasey.

She is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren, 7 great grand children and two great great grandchildren.

She is also survived by her "good daughter, Marcie Barbarula and several special close friends and wonderful neighbors....so many that filled her heart with love and joy.

Friends may call Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 2PM to 4PM at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou. Private family services and interment at the Riverside Cemetery will be held at a later date.

Friends who wish to contribute to the memory of Christie Cochran may do so through an educational fund for her grand daughter Kassy. Envelopes are available through the funeral home.
