My dearest son, Bill J. Farley, gained his wings February 18, 2025 at home in Caribou. Bill was born in Caribou, April 27, 1980 the son of Dana and Augustine (Dubois) Farley. Billy was a recovering addict of 6 years, fighting the addiction and depression every day. Bill loved his drums and was an amazing cook. He won two all-state band awards, one at Woodland Elementary School and one at Caribou High School. He began his cooking career at age 15 with the help of Ralph Hanson at Frederick’s Southside. He loved with a heart of gold, especially his dear friends, Ryan Michaud and Kim Michaud Brown. Bill is survived by his mother, Augustine Dubois Caron, his best friend and little sister, Jennifer Farley Ginn and her partner Brandon Hayden, a half-brother, Dana Farley, nephews, Claude Sutherland III, and Reed Dana Ginn, he also leaves behind many special aunts and uncles, including Lester and Lisa Dubois, Gloria and Bernard Damboise, Joan Prest, Robert and Laurie Dubois, Braighton Farley, and eight first cousins, he was predeceased by his father, Dana Farley, his sister, Tracy Lynn Farley, grandparents, Robert and Cesarie Dubois, and Alton and Muriel Farley, four aunts, five uncles, and two very special ones Aunt Barbara Dubois and Uncle Greg Prest. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Mockler Funeral Home from 9AM until 10:30AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM at the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 34 Vaughn Street, Caribou. Friends who wish to contribute in Bill’s memory to assist the family are asked to do so care of Mockler Funeral Home, P.O. Box 27, Caribou.
