Anne H. Levesque 77 died February 19, 2013 at Madawaska. She was born in Hartford, Connecticut, October 14, 1935 the daughter of the late George and Helen (Dischert) Hathaway. She married Lawrence Levesque September 14, 1954. Mrs Levesque was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and served as a Eucharistic minister. Anne enjoyed writing poetry and was most honored when one of her poems was published by the Diocese in an Easter missalette. Surviving in addition to her husband of over 58 years, Lawrence of Madawaska are her children, Karen Porter of New Gloucester , Larry Levesque Jr. of Leigh High Acres Florida, David Levesque and Gregory Levesque of both of Caribou, and Cathy Frank of Corinna. One brother George Hathaway Jr. of California Several grandchildren, great grandchildren including her special buddy Michaela . Mrs Levesque also provided and loving and safe home to numerous foster children over the years. Mrs. Levesque was predeceased by two sisters Joyce and Sally and a brother Dick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Friday February 22, 2013 from the Parish of the Precious Blood, Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Very Rev. Jean Paul Labrie, officiating.
