George.

Loved him.
Dwight and I send our sympathies to all the family of George. George gave a lot of love in his lifetime. Dwight said George was the only other person he knew (besides himself) that knew everybody in town! His kindnesses to His Aunt Viola will never be forgotten. Remembering George makes everybody smile, and that is what life is all about. RIP George.

A very likeable MAN
I had the pleasure of meeting George back in the summer of 1977, and immediately found him to be a very likeable man. Over the course of the next two years, at the place wherein I was employed at the time, our paths would cross on an almost weekly basis, and my initial impression of George did not change. Although I haven't seen George in over forty years, I never forgot Him, and a story that he once told me, I would tell to others, whenever the occasion presented itself. From time to time, he would come to mind, and I would wonder what became of him. I am saddened that he is gone, and I extend to you my very sincere condolences at this time, wherein you mourn the passing of a MAN. I am happy that I got to know George Seward, and he will be remembered fondly.

Kirby and family, I’m sorry to her this about George. Your dad was a good man and I looked forward to our conversations at the post office! Praying for you and your family during these difficult days ahead.

Friend
I first met Junebug in high school. He was one year ahead of me and thrashed me pretty good on the basketball court. He was a gentle giant but the area under the basket was his. I also worked with him at Washburn High School. He was an awesome custodian with strong work ethic. He was one of the good guys and will be missed. My condolences to the family.
