Michael H. Martin
Caribou – Michael H. Martin, 58, died July 31, 2022 in Caribou after his life long fight with a heart injury he received at an early age. He was born in Fort Fairfield January 4, 1964, son of Regina Dube Drost and Henry Martin. Mike loved his family and was a faithful friend. He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles. Mikey was a stranger to no one. He was a 1984 graduate of Caribou High School and was employed as a welder for Cianbro, Columbia Paper and Irving Farms for many years. He is survived by his sister Brenda Martin Wilcox of Caribou, his girlfriend Laura Gagnon of Tobique First National, New Brunswick, sisters-in-law Sherry Whitmore Rossignol of Caribou, Terri Jones Rossignol of Bangor, Sue Rossignol of Pennsylvania, Debbie Rossignol of Florida, brother-in-law Don Davis of Maine, his brothers from another mother, Craig Theriault, Verne Gagnon, and David Mancos, several nieces and nephews. Mike was predeceased by his parents, brothers, Fred, Kenneth, and Louis Rossignol, sisters Muriel Rossignol and Tina Martin. Mikey will be sadly missed and will always be remembered for his saying “who let the dogs out”. Fly high Mel. Graveside services will be held at a later date at the Evergreen Cemetery.
