Lily Ann (St. John) Searles
CARIBOU – Lily Ann (St. John) Searles, 79, passed away unexpectedly January 18, 2021 at her Caribou residence. She was born in Caribou, February 24, 1941 the daughter of the late Edmund and Louise (Bouchard) St. John. Lily was a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend, sister and cousin. She loved knitting, crocheting, and playing Canasta. Lily also enjoyed her summers outside, time at the lake and her Sunday drives. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Lily is survived by her husband of 63 years, Wendel Searles of Caribou, two sons, Michael Searles of Caribou and Scott Searles of Presque Isle, a daughter, Kelli Allen and husband David of Nashua, NH, brothers, Edward St. John and wife Gwen of Presque Isle, David St. John and wife Corrine of Caribou, two grandchildren, Adam Searles and Lindsey Belanger, seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Irene Drost, Bertha Gagnon, and Corrine Richards, brothers, Conrade, Joel, and Leo St. John. Spring interment will be held in the Old Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, Caribou.

So many memories Uncle Wendy words cannot convey how sorry we are to hear this sad news.
For Mike,Scott and Kelly, I know the heart break you are feeling at the loss,however remember what our Grandmother taught us...As long as her memory is with us She is alive within us.

Remembering Lily
Wendell and family, so sorry to hear about Lily's passing. She was a good friend and cousin to Kal, and just a nice lady. Kal and I joked that we should get Lil to be our financial advisor, because she could make a dollar go further than anyone we knew. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
