Great co-worker
I taught with Ken for a number of years. Although I taught in the high school at Limestone and he was primarily a middle school teacher, we both shared a love of history. I have a minor in it and knew Ke was very passionate about the subject. He was great fun at workshops and always had stories to tell. I think most of the staff looked forward to these stories; I know that I did. His influence on students was profound and many developed a love of history from being in his class. I knew that if I had a history question that related to any English topic I was teaching, that I could go to him for help.

Rest in peace Ken. Know that you have earned your rest and that those of us who taught with you will remember you with love and affection.

Inspiration
So very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Wyman. He taught US History to me during my years at LHS. His influence was such that I attended U Maine-Farmington and obtained a History degree and was intending to teach high school history. Although I joined the Air Force after Farmington and had a successful career, I’ve always known I could become a History teacher after the military life, thanks in no small part to Mr. Wyman. My love for history is a direct result of sitting in his class and being taught in a manner that challenged me to want to know more. Thank you Mr. Wyman and my condolences to the entire Wyman family.
